What you'll do

Design, build, and operate production systems end to end.
Own architecture decisions and their consequences.
Work across client engagements and the firm's own ventures.
Keep systems instrumented, auditable, and maintained after launch.

What we look for

Production ownership of systems you designed, not only contributed to.
Comfort operating without a large team around you.

Every role at Zardoshti Ventures requires a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience and a university degree. All roles are remote within Germany and offered on a full-time basis.
